Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping information for your order.

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and circumstances outside our control. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over US$200. For orders below US$200, please contact Customer Care for current shipping information.
International Orders
International delivery availability depends on the destination. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer where applicable. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by ZERVALIS.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Please contact Customer Care before sending an item back so that return eligibility and instructions can be confirmed. For returns that are not related to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Direct exchanges are not currently offered. If you would like a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Customer Care and include your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate resolution.
